Max Wheeler was born in western Colorado in 1976. He studied at Sarah Lawrence College. Max was a partner of the sorely missed bookstore, Equator Books, in Venice Beach. Max lives in Los Angeles with his wife and daughter. His work has appeared in Sublevel Magazine, The Huffington Post, Western Humanities Review, and is forthcoming from Louisiana Literature. His first collection of poems, Remember Horses, is coming soon from Finishing Line Press.
