Lord of Chaos
Daniel Beauregard
Erratum Press, 2023
Lord of Chaos is a novel that poetically embodies chaos and asks who is its master? Throughout the text, the story is told from the point of view of “we”—which is technically first-person but also is a way to meld the narrator into both you and me. The origins of we, the bringing together of multiple perspectives, the plurality inherent in the universal, is where chaos originates. Philosophical and psychedelic, this text looks into the void and records everything that echoes back to us.
